BAR staff at a Wetherspoon pub refused to serve a customer with cerebral palsy as they thought he was drunk.
Ross Wilson, 35, was left "humiliated" following the incident at the Alexander Graham Bell in Edinburgh's George Street.
His heartbroken mum Karen, claims the worker "smirked" when she told him Ross had learning and mobility difficulties which means he has trouble with balance and co-ordination.
She is now campaigning for landlords to support customers with disabilities and to make them feel "welcome and part of society".
