A HEARTLESS care worker stole vital pain medication from a dying man and replaced it with tap water.
Louise Allan laughed as she left court yesterday after pleading guilty to a charge of culpable and reckless conduct.
The 50-year-old admitted consuming medicine
belonging to 60-year-old David Gi lmour on various occasions between October and December.
The charge alleged that on occasions she replaced a quantity of David’s pain killing medication with tap wat er at an address in Livingston’s Craigshill district.
