AMBULANCE CRISIS MEDICS' SHIFTS HELL

AMBULANCE staff are working themselves into the ground to prevent patients waiting up to 20 hours for help.

A "depressing, deteriorating" survey from Unite the Union has revealed 86 per cent of workers had done shifts over 12 hours - a rise of 10 per cent since seven months ago.

And more staff feel undervalued by the Scottish Ambulance Service and Scottish Government than then.
