Tyre Nichols died in Memphis three days after being treated like a "human pinata".
The last words heard on the video were the 29-year-old calling for his mother three times like George Floyd did when police murdered him in Minneapolis.
He could also be heard asking "what did I do?" following a traffic stop on January 7.
