To blame for the death of a child

THE father of teenager Molly Russell yesterday demanded Mark Zuckerberg "listen and act" as a coroner found social media contributed to her death.

Speaking after the inquest, Ian Russell said if it was not for the "demented trail of life sucking content" accessed by 14-year-old Molly before her death in 2017, then she would still be alive.

Senior coroner Andrew Walker concluded Molly "died from an act of self harm whilst suffering from depression and the negative effects of online content".
