Child I’s mum said in a statement Letby was smiling when she took the pictures of her daughter’s tiny body.
The baby was born at Liverpool Women’s Hospital in August 2015 before being transferred to the Countess of Chester where Letby is accused of murdering seven youngsters and trying to kill 10 others.
Child I’s mum told Manchester crown court when her daughter was about six weeks old she thought she might be well enough to go home.
