The 41-year-old revealed her regime as she reassured fans she is doing well.
She spoke out after concerned members of the public sent police to check on her at home when she deactivated her Instagram account.
Telling of her shock, Britney said: “It really was uncalled for. I honestly felt like it was a way to make me look bad.”
