RYLAN Clark has told how he attempted suicide at a low point in his life and spent time in a mental health hospital.

The TV presenter said he woke up one day in May 2021 and felt he needed to tell his husband Dan Neal that he cheated on him "years ago" but was left shocked and devastated when he then walked out on their six-year marriage.

Rylan, 33, went into "self-blame" mode and felt his life was over. He hid out at his mum Linda's house, he writes in his new book.

The star reveals: "For the first time in 32 years I felt I couldn't carry on no more.
