WORLD NO.1 Scottie Scheffler matched an impressive Tiger Woods feat after being crowned champion at the RCB Heritage.

The American became the first player on the PGA Tour since Woods in 2006 to follow up a Major victory with a win one week later.

Fresh from landing his second Green Jacket in three years at the Masters, Scheffler's domination continued at Harbour Town.

He returned to the South Carolina course yesterday holding a five-stroke lead with three holes left to play after a storm halted proceedings on Sunday.

He dropped a shot at the last but still finished on 20 under to complete a four-shot victory - his fourth in five starts over Sahith Theegala.
