A WIDOW who paid for a double grave at the funeral firm being probed by police fears being buried next to a stranger instead of her late husband as planned.
Great-gran Rita Goldspink, 76, says she has been having sleepless nights since hearing of raids on Legacy Independent Funeral Directors.
All 35 bodies police removed from the firm have been identified. Suspected human ashes were also found.
A 46-year-old man and 23-year-old woman have been released on bail after being arrested on suspicion of the prevention of a lawful and decent burial, fraud by false representation and fraud by abuse of position.
