I'D JOIN THE BREAKAWAY

RONNIE O'SULLIVAN would join a LIV-style breakaway tour - but only if he got the Jon Rahm treatment.

The Rocket, 48, says he would relish a call offering him £600million to play on a rival circuit. A number of snooker's top stars have been offered six-figure fees by Far East moneymen for a rebel tour.

Golf star Rahm jumped ship for an eye-watering, package from the Saudi-backed LIV circuit, which has divided the sport.

And O'Sullivan believes the paying public would watch him anywhere, just like Tiger Woods.

O'Sullivan slammed his cue against the table after missing a red during the first session of his quarter-final against former champion Stuart Bingham (above) yesterday. And the world No.1, who resumes locked at 4-4 today, admitted: "I'd love to see a LIV-style breakaway.

"I'd love to get a phone-call asking, 'Do you want £600m to play for three years?'.
