RISHI Sunak last night became the second Tory PM fined for breaking the law in office with his embarrassing seatbelt blunder.
And he can add his fixed penalty notice to the Partygate one he received while Chancellor last April along with then boss Boris Johnson.
Serial law-breaker Mr Sunak, 42, has apologised for the gaffe. He was caught out while filming a video in the back of a car to promote Tory levelling up funding during a visit to Lancashire on Thursday.
He posted footage of himself with no seatbelt to his Instagram account.
