DONALD Trump has warned of a "bloodbath" if he is not re-elected in November.
The former president also used his latest campaign speech to vilify migrants, saying: "They're not people." Trump's dehumanising and divisive language was a return to the tactics that got him elected the first time in 2016.
And his remarks brought back memories of the deadly riots at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, when his supporters tried to overturn his defeat to Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
Five people died within 36 hours, hundreds were injured.
Trump, 77, told a rally in Vandalia, Ohio: "If I don't get elected, it's going to be a bloodbath for the whole country."
