LABOUR today unveils more details of its plan to help the poorest get through winter.

Living costs are set to skyrocket again in October, when typical energy bills could rise to around £3,500, and more than £4,200 in January.

Leader Sir Keir Starmer has already vowed to freeze the energy price cap for six months from October.
