AN ex-commando has been jailed for life for stabbing his neighbours to death as their children slept.
Collin Reeves, 35, was told he will serve a minimum of 38 years for the "brutal" double murder of Jennifer Chapple, 33, and husband Stephen, 36.
Jennifer's mother, Ann Clayton, said her daughter's killing, in a row over a parking spot, was "like living in a horror movie, on an infinite loop".
She said Reeves' "depraved, evil actions had left a tragic legacy", adding: "Jennifer lived for her children, she loved them with all her being.
