Mr Bean's shindig, as residents branded it, was held at the 18thcentury Lucknam Park Hotel in the village of Colerne, Wilts. But the noise is said to have spread to the areas of Box Hill and Corsham four miles away.
Terri Freeland, 66, called the incident "extremely distressing".
