The TikToker has also pleaded guilty to targeting his former teammate Billy Gilmour, 21 including claiming to be pregnant even though they did not have a relationship - and harassing another Blues star, Ben Chilwell, 26.
Westminster Magistrates' Court heard Sloan slept with Mr Mount after they met at a party at his England teammate Mr Chilwell's home in November 2020.
Prosecutor Jason Seetal said they kept in touch for six months before Mr Mount "decided that the relationship was not going to progress".
Mr Seetal said: "Upon informing Miss Sloan of this he has been subjected to a bombardment of messages.
