Oliver Mills-Nanyn began a “predatory” campaign of harassment after he dated Manchester student Scarlett Dew briefly in late 2019.
Her barrister Ben Hamer said she “cut off contact” in July 2020 as his behaviour was increasingly “erratic”.
Mills-Nanyn, 23, from Oldham, set up fake accounts on social media to contact Miss Dew, telling her “I’d love to take you on a date”. In March last year he agreed to stop contact – but then wrote to her university, falsely accusing her of stalking him and asked for her to be removed from her biomedical science course.
