HOLLYWOOD star Kevin Spacey is to be charged with sexually assaulting three men in the UK.
The Crown Prosecution Service yesterday said the Oscar-winning actor will face five charges - four for sexual assault and one for another serious sexual offence.
The incidents are alleged to have taken place in London, between March 2005 and August 2008, and in Gloucestershire in April 2013.
The Metropolitan Police said the alleged victims are in their 30s and 40s.
While the CPS has authorised the charges, it is understood the US actor has not been formally charged because he is not in the country.
