The musician, 31, died in October after falling from the third-floor balcony of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Mr Nores was one of five people charged over his death. He is accused of manslaughter with prosecutors claiming he "abandoned" the singer and failed in duty of care responsibilities.
