J ustice DA Joshi of the Gujarat High Court has granted bail to a Kutch-based advocate accused of abetment of suicide in a case in which a man ended his life after allegedly falling prey to a honeytrap. The advocate has been in jail since January 2, 2024.
The victim died by suicide and later an FIR was registered against the accused and the advocate who had provided legal advice to them.
