The pair led the supporter-run club to promotion from the North West Counties League three seasons ago and leave it in its highest ever placing in the Step NPL West division.
Bowyer has been at 1874 from day one of the club being established, back in June 2013. At the time, he was on board as a player, but Bowyer later took on a coaching role before becoming assistant manager to Ian Street.
Goodison joined in the summer of 2016 and quickly made his mark as technical coach, becoming an integral part of the management team.
The pair jointly took over the reins in March 2017 and have since co-managed a total of 287 games, earning plaudits by building entertaining teams and overseeing the development of young players.
