Premium cigars, exceptional spirits, quality food and the chance to meet industry luminaries were all part of the second-ever Big Smoke Meets WhiskyFest, held on May 28 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. It was hosted by Cigar Aficionado and its sister publication Whisky Advocate, and as the name suggests, this hybrid event is the confluence of two shows that combine the best in whiskies and cigars.
The VIP attendees lined the hallways of the hotel’s ballroom long before the start time, eager to make their way inside and shake hands with the biggest names in the cigar business.
