FOR THOSE WHO DON’T KNOW, WHO IS BAILEY GEORGIADES?
I’m someone who is incredibly passionate about being creative. I’m proud to have a 20+ year career in broadcast media having worked on almost every platform of radio, which is really amazing. I’m very passionate about storytelling, whether it’s through radio, television, voice-overs, MC work or even content creation on social media. I am also a very proud mom of two boys.
That kind of sums up what I do, but in terms of who I am, I’d like to think that I am a good friend, a good person, a good sister, wife and mother. I just always try to be a good human being.
I believe that no-one ever regrets being kind. This is something that I am trying to teach my boys, that if you can choose to be anything, be kind.
I have a tattoo on my left wrist, in my mom’s handwriting, of the word ‘essence’. For me, that means that no matter what is happening around you, you just need to stay true to your moral compass, who you are as a person, your essence. You can’t and shouldn’t lose your essence even when the whole world is going crazy.
But I always struggle with the question of how do I sum myself up, and I’m glad that I can’t say it in a sentence. I like that I’m always diversifying myself.
