WHAT IS DOPAMINE DRESSING?
In essence, this is instilling joy through what you wear. Dopamine has many functions in the nervous system, but most notably it is involved in reward, motivation, memory and attention. When released in large amounts, it creates feelings of pleasure. Wearing clothes that resonate with you, whether it's because of association to the colour, they make you feel confident, or they hold sentimental value, can have a similar effect on the body-making you feel happy and uplifted.
