How did your relationship with Hublot begin?

I’ve known about Hublot for a long time, but [our relationship began proper] in Switzerland a few years ago, when [the brand] asked to collaborate. I know some of the chefs that Hublot has worked with before, so I was very motivated. I also visited the manufacture and it was amazing. I couldn’t have imagined how many people work there, and the time it takes to make a watch and the level of detail that goes into it. I managed to get some hands-on [experience with watchmaking] as well and it was so fun.
