There's an interconnected relationship between your home, your peace of mind and what's showing up in your life, believes design curator Kimberly Garner. Once you recognise this, you can become empowered to create a living environment that encourages your overall happiness. In other words, your home can help you feel happier and move you closer towards the things you desire.
But how? Think of home as your three-dimensional vision board, suggests Garner, because in essence that's exactly what your home offers. 'Every vision board begins with an intention and the understanding that, when our ideals are visually reflected back to us on a regular basis, they eventually manifest into form,' she explains. 'Our home offers a similar canvas - it's just a matter of consciously aligning our space with our values and intentions. Something in your life shifts when your home reflects the values, intentions and aspirations you hold dear.'
