WHITE SANGRIA
MAKES 2.5L
TOTAL TIME 15 MIN, PLUS INFUSION
INGREDIENTS
1L dry white wine
2 cored and sliced Granny Smith apples
¼ winter melon, sliced
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
handful of mint
1L lemon-flavoured water
METHOD
1. Combine the wine, apples, winter melon, kiwis and mint in a large jug.
2. Set aside to infuse for 1 hour.
3. Finish off by adding the lemon-flavoured water and a handful of ice cubes.
