Back then, she was running a Guest House with her husband, managing multiple aspects of their life. It was during this time that a guest, a LIC Branch Manager from Kerala, introduced her to the world of insurance. Encouraged by her husband, she embarked on a journey that would ultimately challenge gender norms and pioneer the way for women in the field.
Neeta's initial foray into the insurance industry was met with skepticism. Insurance, a product that wasn't physically visible to the clients, required a unique approach. She patiently educated her clients about the benefits of insurance and gained their trust over time. The confidence she built with her clients would eventually turn into a lasting bond, one based on trust and commitment.
