In his Spring/Summer 2023 collection, Blazy showcased sophisticated halter fringed dresses in bright orange and turquoise as his finale looks. Since then, brands like Burberry, Saint Laurent, and Chloe have followed suit, solidifying the return of the halterneck trend.
