It took six months of full-on house-hunting before Amélie and Adrien came across the unusual apartment that was to become their family home. It was its atypical style that convinced them it was the one for them: ‘We felt the existing volumes gave us many possibilities and we really liked the beauty of the building itself and its courtyard,’ remembers Amélie.
Not only that, but despite being situated in a lively area in the centre of the French capital the apartment is protected from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets below, offering its owners a tranquil haven – as well as a convenient location.
