THE OWNERS
Nina Caple, director of interior design studio Anchor&Belle, her husband Nick, a property lover and developer, and their two children Lachie, 14, and Mia, 13, plus their Border collie Kanga.
THE PROPERTY
Designed and built in the 1980s in Sunshine Beach, Queensland, the two-storey house has three en-suite bedrooms, a rumpus/games room and a double garage on the ground floor. Upstairs there's a main bedroom suite, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, powder room and roof terrace.
