This is a design that celebrates family, colour and life. It’s an exquisitely curated space to showcase collections and curios, a family home designed to cater for entertaining friends and extended family. It boldly steps outside the shackles of conformity while still proudly honouring its past.

The home is a classic Californian bungalow that’s been beautifully reimagined. The captivating interior colours are whimsical: peach and berry, citrus tones, pinks and greens, a rich and evocative combination of zesty flavours. And that’s just to whet your appetite. Within the home there are ample spaces to entertain and enjoy family gatherings. There are warm intimate spaces, as well as ample light-filled areas and a very real sense of connection to the outdoors.

Zoe Diacolabrianos, senior associate from Wowowa Architecture, says the project was a long-held dream and a long-term goal of the homeowners. “The aim was to build their forever home, so embedded in the project was the intention to design a house that could age with them,” she notes. The home also refl ects the owners’ European heritage.
