Breguet’s Reine de Naples line draws its inspiration from the first wristwatch ever produced, which was delivered in 1812 to Caroline Bonaparte, Napoleon Bonaparte’s sister, who was at that time the Queen of Naples. Originally an oblong timepiece, the watch has since taken on an oval outline, with the collection now serving as an ode to femininity.
