It’s no secret—the most effective way to prevent sun damage to your skin is to stay out of it. From hyperpigmentation and fine lines to more serious problems like skin cancer, all of these can be caused by sun damage. However, this doesn’t mean you have to spend this season sulking indoors, especially when you’re living in a country with world renown soft, white sand and clear, blue waters. It would just be a shame not to take advantage of those. Thankfully, over the years we’ve learned that sunscreen is the secret to spending the day under the sun worry-free.
