De hecho, estas creencias son milenarias, piensa en los mantras o rezos. "La música es medicina y hace que vibre cada una de tus células. Si tomamos este principio del que nos hablan otras filosofías sobre la vibración, la música tiene ese poder también de hacer vibrar cada espacio del cuerpo, del ser y transformar nuestros estados internos", nos explica Ela Irigoyen, creadora de Luna Santa, agrupación musical de mujeres dedicada a componer música medicinal para el alma y que con su experiencia en psicología transpersonal, guía las ceremonias-conciertos que te llevan a una profunda conexión y sanación individual y colectiva. "La voz es un instrumento muy sanador que, además, ya está integrado en nosotros; es ese sonido particular que tiene tu alma. Podemos utilizar-conscientemente- ese poder para sanarnos a nosotros mismos, conectarnos con la naturaleza, con la vida. Imagínate cuántas cosas de las que más nos han dolido han venido de palabras mal dichas. Al final, la voz hablada o cantada crea una realidad específica", afirma Ela sobre la magia musical y la voz sanadora.
