Q At Why did you want to make this four-parter, which will include summer, autumn and winter episodes later this year?
A I want to inspire people to embrace the beauty of seasonal cooking. Eating seasonally is better for the planet, a great way to get the good stuff into your diet and it keeps costs down.
The series has lots of ideas for transforming seasonal produce into delicious dishes - and I want to give viewers the confidence to have a go at growing their own food.
Q You've filmed this from your home. Do your family appear?
