The last time we saw the Doctor, the Time Lord was in a state of shock after regenerating into his 14th body - which looked suspiciously like his 10th! 'We somehow managed to keep it a secret!' says David Tennant*, who returns as the Doctor for three specials to celebrate the show's 60th anniversary. 'I don't think anybody knew for certain how that episode was going to end!' The reason for the Doctor regaining a previous face will be explained in this mini-season, which sees him back together with former companion Donna Noble (Catherine Tate).
