The Golden Globe winner plays father-of-three Chris Carver, who’s so obsessed with Christmas that he named his kids Holly, Joy and Nick. But just as he’s gearing up for his favourite time of year, Chris is laid off at work, prompting him to throw himself into the annual local home-decoration contest – especially as there’s a huge cash prize.
His hand-carved wooden figurines seem to be no match for his neighbours’ gaudy displays, so Chris goes in search of some extra pizzazz and stumbles across a mysterious pop-up shop named Kringle’s…
