DEATH IN PARADISE

LAST ONE SUNDAY, 9PM, BBC1 DRAMA

Last week's episode of BBC1's sun-soaked whodunnit Death in Paradise saw fan favourite DI Neville Parker wave goodbye to Saint Marie and board a plane in search of new horizons. But it seems leaving the (fictional) Caribbean island isn't quite so straightforward...

After taking medication to calm his preflight nerves, Neville (played by Ralf Little) falls asleep on the aircraft and, when he wakes up feeling woozy, he's surprised to note that fellow passenger Kurt Henderson (The Rig's Calvin Demba) is missing.

However, none of the other travellers remember seeing Kurt on the plane, so is Neville's mind playing tricks on him?

The plot thickens when Kurt's body is found on the beach in Saint Marie, leaving a confused Neville to return to his old stomping ground to solve what he assumes will be his final case on the island. But will a reunion with his ex-colleague and the one-time object of his affections, DS Florence Cassell (Joséphine Jobert), give him a reason to stay?

Ahead of what is set to be an actionpacked finale to the 13th series, the cast help us take a look back at some of the most memorable moments from this latest eight-part run...

SELWYN SHOT!

This series started with a bang, literally, when Commissioner Selwyn Patterson (original cast member Don Warrington) was left fighting for his life after being shot in the show's milestone 100th episode. Thankfully, the Commissioner survived the attack, although he needed to take time off to recuperate and was still dealing with the resulting trauma of the attempt on his life for many weeks.
