Wanting something good to come out of something so awful, Amy’s been doing volunteer counselling work, but she’s thrown off course when she bumps into a woman in Roy’s Rolls, Kate, whom she recognises from a recent drop-in session. Wanting to support her, Amy invites her back to No.1 for a chat.
