Season: 6 Episodes: 5
Expect the unexpected as Charlie Brooker’s award-winning dystopian sci-fi series Black Mirror returns after a four-year wait.
With five shockingly dark stories, the new season has been billed by Netflix as ‘the most unpredictable, unclassifiable and unexpected yet’. And by far the darkest and most unsettling story of the anthology is Beyond the Sea, an episode starring Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul and Penny Dreadful’s Josh Hartnett.
Set in an alternative 1969, the year of the moon landing, the story follows two astronauts on a perilous high-tech mission where they face the consequences of an unimaginable tragedy.
