As a child, Megha Desai Asher, now COO of Juicy Chemistry, never in her wildest dreams imagined she would be a part of the beauty industry. Instead, she was fascinated with criminology and wanted to pursue that. “ In school, we had a kleptomaniac; I wanted to understand why people from such backgrounds would choose to steal,” she recalls. “When I started researching, I found out about criminology and that inspired me to get a three-year degree in criminology and the criminal justice system.”
