IN BRIEF
EasyOS is heavily influenced by PuppyOS, another lightweight distribution with which it shares much technology. It's intended to provide full desktop computer facilities on limited hardware. It's certainly an eccentric distribution in terms of how it works. And yet, if you can get past these eccentricities, it's a highly viable option for reviving older systems or as an emergency portable setup on a flash drive.

EasyOS is a lightweight distribution that can provide a useful Linux desktop on PCs with limited resources. As well as being useful in that regard, its inner workings are, in many areas, different to the majority of Linux distributions.
