Billy bear was old, and for the past few days, he had stopped meeting the other animals in the forest.

The Teachers' Day Gift

He stayed at home all day because he was ill for the last two weeks. He was taking medicine, but it wasn't helping much.

Billy's gatherings were famous in Chandanvan. He had been setting up a gathering for the last four decades, and all the animals of the village used to listen to him. He was very popular among the animals, and Billy told interesting stories about the jungle to them.

Billy was an officer in the jungle army and used to tell stories of his bravery with great pride. He had fought many wars and had been honoured many times by the jungle army.

Since the day Billy's gatherings had stopped, all the animals of the forest missed him. They all wanted to hear stories from him, but due to his bad health, it was not possible.
