Papa often used to tell them to go out and play but they would say that they had no time. When they got back from school, both of them would be after Mummy's phone, and as soon as Papa returned from office, they would take his phone and start playing games.
Papa forbade them many times from using his phone but it did not affect them. One day, Papa locked his phone. For two days after that, the children aimlessly roamed around the house, doing nothing. Papa and Mummy did not know what to do. They did not know how to get the children to stop spending so much time on gadgets.
One day, Papa and Mummy went to meet a friend who was going to Switzerland with his family for a few days. They had a very cute male cat named Chingri. Papa and Mummy had never seen such a playful and lovable cat.
However, the family could not decide what to do with the cat when they went on their vacation.
An idea suddenly struck Papa.
"We will keep the cat and take good care of him while you are away," he offered.
A solution had been found! The cat climbed into Papa's lap at once.
"He is very clever and makes friends easily," Papa praised the cat.
Soon the cat was in Mummy's lap.
As they were driving back home, Papa and Mummy discussed that the children would be very happy to see the cat and hoped that playing with him would help break their gadget addiction.
When Papa and Mummy reached home with the cat, Sayari jumped with joy, while Vipul made a face and asked, "Why did you get him, Papa?" Sayari followed Chingri wherever he went.
She tried her best to catch him but he would promptly climb into Papa's lap.
