'PERFECTION IS BORING'

For the past five years, British journalist and author Elizabeth Day has been getting extremely successful people to open up about their failures on her podcast How  To Fail. It’s been downloaded 45 million times and inspired several bestselling books on the subject. The irony that it’s perhaps the most successful thing she’s ever done is not lost on her.

In reframing failure as something positive that we can learn from and connect with others about, Day has no doubt helped countless others.
