Almost 30 years ago, Kevin Costner’s divorce from his college sweetheart Cindy Silva would end as one of the most expensive break-ups in Hollywood history. With no prenup in place, Silva – mum to Costner’s three adult children – reportedly walked away with $120 million. Costner did have a prenuptial agreement when he married Christine Baumgartner in 2004, but since she filed for divorce in May this year, things have become complicated.
