It was reported last week that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were evicted from Frogmore Cottage to make way for Prince Andrew. But a source has told OK! that Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank have actually taken residence of the house in Windsor after being handed the keys two weeks ago.
Jack, 36, has just been offered a promotion at the US-based firm Discovery Land Company, which will mean him. spending more time in America. But we were told Eugenie, 32, who is expecting her second child, is "determined to have the baby in the UK and bring up her children in England" and Frogmore Cottage will be the perfect base to do just that.
Jack's new role will involve him travelling between the UK, US and Portugal, and whenever he and Eugenie are in the US, they will stay with Harry and Meghan in their Californian our source said.
"The Sussexes are disappointed by the move but couldn't be happier that Eugenie and Jack will take it over. They have been staying there on and off for the past few years anyway," the source said.
"They went to see Harry and Meghan last month in California. They took over some small personal belongings left in the property. They were also helping to box up items at Frogmore to be shipped over to California.
