After the 61-year-old Striptease stunner showed off her assets in a white bikini during a recent shoot, an insider says she's thinking about a surgical fix for her wonky boobs.

"They're not as big as they were when she first had them done in the '90s, and they're nowhere near perfect," spills a spy.
